Sedaptogel Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Sedaptogel online gaming and sports betting platform (the "Platform"), operated under the domain https://sedaptogel.cam (the "Website"). References to "Sedaptogel", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the Platform. References to "you", "your", or "Player" refer to the registered user of the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on Sedaptogel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, esports markets, and promotional programmes. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and Sedaptogel with respect to the subject matter hereof.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them in this section wherever they appear throughout this Agreement:

To be eligible to register and maintain a Sedaptogel Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf — proxy registration is strictly prohibited;
• You have not previously had a Sedaptogel Account suspended or permanently closed for Terms violations;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Sedaptogel reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension pending review.

By accessing the Sedaptogel Platform, you agree to use all services exclusively for personal recreational entertainment purposes. The Platform is not to be used as a financial instrument, investment vehicle, or substitute for professional financial advice.

Sedaptogel may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, cashback programmes, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the respective offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All bets placed on Sedaptogel are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause and to any product-specific rules applicable to sports betting, live casino, slot games, or esports markets.

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed except where expressly permitted by specific product rules.
• Sedaptogel reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error. Players will be notified of such voidances and their stakes returned.
• Bets placed on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football competitions are subject to the applicable sports rules and market-specific settlement rules published on the Platform.
• UFC and combat sports markets are settled in accordance with official result announcements from the governing body of the respective event.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game type and may be reduced for Players on bonus funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sedaptogel Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, as detailed in Clause 10:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating multiple Accounts, whether directly or through proxies, associates, or affiliated parties;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain unfair advantage;
• Employing bots, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without authorisation;
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer game formats to manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, or hedge betting strategies designed to circumvent bonus conditions;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or permitting third-party access to your Account;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith while retaining withdrawal proceeds.

Sedaptogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects or confirms any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sedaptogel's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sedaptogel shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of data or interruption to the Platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events; (c) any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform; or (d) any losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.

Sedaptogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and operates a comprehensive Player Protection Programme. We provide the following tools to assist Players in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, effective immediately upon request;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on continuous session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion;
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of session duration are available.

All content on the Sedaptogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, and promotional materials, is the property of Sedaptogel or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without express written authorisation from Sedaptogel.

Sedaptogel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, or redistribute any Platform content except as expressly permitted herein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Sedaptogel holds its international online gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith negotiation.

Should informal resolution fail, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body specified in Sedaptogel's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits Sedaptogel's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent ongoing harm or protect intellectual property rights.

Sedaptogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address, an in-Platform notification, or a notice posted on this page, at Sedaptogel's discretion.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the effective date of any amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
